Sejak akhir-akhir ni, suka buat pancake..selain saya yang suka makan pancake, my husband pun suka makan pancake, even untuk dinner pun dia pernah request for pancake. Jadi makin semangatla buat pancake. Nabil pun suka makan pancake, tapi rasanya setakat ni, semua pun Nabil suka, kecuali ubat:)
Resepi pancake memang banyak, dah pernah cuba 2-3 resepi tapi yang last buat baru dapat cantek punyer.. bagitau husband, nak kena beli pan khas untuk pancake ni..ala..non stick pan yang saiz 12cm tu, baru lagi cantik hasil dia:)
pernah try buat baked pancake..ok jugak, tapi tak rasa fluffy ala-ala McD's hotcake la. Rupa macam kuih bakar..tapi rasa tak sama la.
so..ini resepinya..copy&paste from the original page.

RECIPE FOR FLUFFY PANCAKES from malaysiabest.net

Flour – 1 cup or about 180 gm

Baking powder – 2 teaspoon (i letak 1sudu shj)

Bicarbonate of soda – a pinch

salt – a pinch

sugar – 2 tablespoons

Mix dry ingredients above in a bowl. Make a well.

Add in

One egg – beat

Milk – about 1 cup or 200 ml (I used fresh milk with some vanilla flavour)

1 tablespoon oil – preferable olive oil (i used melted butter)

Mix or whisk the batter until there are no lumps. Leave to stand for 30 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface.

Use a non-stick pan and fry. Do not use any oil.

Pour a huge tablespoon and leave for a while until bubbles burst and form tiny holes. Flip over and brown the other side.

Serve pancakes with a dollop of butter and maple syrup.
